Located in the heart of Montmartre, you’ll find the famous Le Consulat Café. You have probably seen hundreds of pictures of this charming little café on Instagram, but that is not the real reason why it’s so famous. Believe it or not, but many artists such as Van Gogh, Picasso and Monet used to go there in the 19th century. So if you would like to follow their footsteps, this is definitely the place to visit! ...or if you simply want to keep up with the Instagram trends. Even today, Montmartre is filled with artists selling paintings on the streets. Wander around the cobblestone streets of Montmartre and stop by Le Consulat for a midday croque monsieur while people watching, and don’t forget to snap that iconic picture before you leave!

Pro tip! If you move a bit further from the café, you can even get the dome of the Sacré-Coeur in your shot! If you stand in front of the café to take your picture, just go a bit to the right and you’ll see it!

Millions of travellers and photographers come to Paris every year just to see this masterpiece.

If the 10.100 tons of weight doesn’t scare you, you should definitely climb up to the top floor for that breath-taking view of Paris. Don’t worry, the elevator will take you up almost all the way, you just have to walk those last steps to the top. Did you know that the Eiffel Tower was the tallest building in the world until 1930? Pretty impressive!
